Sumario:This article suggests an analysis of the metaphors that emerge from seven memes posted on the Facebook page of a Costa Rican conservative social network, where the struggle against gender ideology becomes the binding factor. From these contents, it is possible to identify some of the recurrent fears of such segments towards groups that they label as progressive, feminist, or leftist.
