| Resumo: | This project has been developed in order to change the productive matrix of Ecuador and prove the viability of produce and sell snack made of Malaga named Green Chip. This project is management to Ecuadorian people that prefer healthy snacks free of fat. The commercialization of this product is going to be made by authorized distributors that have experience and technique to sell it to our final costumers. This strategy will contribute to accomplish coverage of 3% of the market that means $8.9 million of dollars. Comercial strategy will help to change the mind of the consumer to accomplish the budget of sales and guarantee the viability of this project. In addition, the company is going to achievement competitive strategies inside the industry with help of professional people that will be hired by this enterprise and the productive model that it has. It will help to accomplish with the necessities of the customers. Finally, the financial analysis of the project shows that Green Chip will achievement a Net Present Value of $302.220 dollars and an Internal Rate of Return of 47% that guarantee the profitability of their stockholders. |
