| Sumario: | La Bendita” is a project that will provide hosting services, relaxation and adventure activities and agro tourism experience to domestic and foreign tourists, couples, families and friends located in Pacto - Nanegal. “La Bendita” has 17.8 hectares surrounded by a diversity of flora and fauna, where will be built 15 cottages for lodging and different routes to interact with nature. The waterfalls located around will become a place of relaxation and adventure. The experience on farming and agriculture will allow the tourists to enjoy the traditions of the place. One of the main marketing and sale strategies will be an alliance with national and international travel agencies which will contribute at least with 30% of the sales. Also, we will participate in national and international events and magazines supported by public or private organizations. There will be a sales group whose main objective will be to approach public and private entities to design customized tour packages. The first year “La Bendita” will reach sales of US$268.571,80 related with lodging and other activities and will increase to US$423,558.23 the fifth year. It will get an annual profit between US$ 50,000 to US$70,000 during the 5 years, due to the costs and expenses structure which will allow to offer a service of quality. The results of the financial analysis showed a NPV and IRR which determine a viable project, also considering that the IRR is higher than the discount rate. “La Bendita” will be considered as a whole and magical experience of enjoying nature and ideal for forgetting the routine. It will be the best alternative of agricultural and adventure tourism located in the northwest of the country. |
