| Sumario: | Traditionally when looking to remodel a kitchen in Quito - Ecuador, the market have offers few options where you can choose from. Among these, one of the main problems is the high cost, the little customization and uncertainty may have on job completion within the time offered. It is here where RenuevaT can take advantage of a market niche completely neglected to provide a comprehensive service. In this, besides including customizing kitchen cabinets, it also includes additional services such as painting, electricity and plumbing. This way bad experiences can be avoided when hiring these services separately. For this reason, a market study was conducted together with an analysis of the macro environment, which could be determined that the best generic strategy is differentiation. Consequently, a commercial and sales plan were proposed to perform a financial analysis. The results indicate that the project is profitable and attractive to investors. |
