Sumario:According to the FAO, global per capita meat consumption in developing countries will grow by 10% over the next decade. The World Organization for Animal Health gave the authorities the livestock sector of Ecuador, the certificate of a country free of FMD with vaccination in May 2015. According to the authorities of MAGAP, 2017 will be exported $ 65 million in meat beef. This Business Plan analyzes the feasibility of creating a marketing and distribution company of beef in the traditional channel in Quito. By using recycled raw material for the production of meat, the commitment of the company with the ecosystem and society manifests. Once started business operations, sales growth of 35% in the second year and 3% from the third year is expected. For sales and product distribution strategies that focus on underserved market practically defined. The project is expected for an average return of 29% for the first five years of operations of the company. Based on the study it states that the project is profitable and attractive to investors; which also contributes to the change in the productive matrix of the country, in a sustainable and sustainable manner and with the main focus to address an unmet need identified in the market.
