| Sumario: | Urged by the conjuncture of the Covid-19 pandemic that devastates the world, this article is presented, which is the result of bibliographic research and reflections carried out at the Center for Studies and Research in Metamorphosis Identity (NEPIM) of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic that the world is experiencing in the year 2020, from the perspective of Social Psychology, Psychopedagogy and Social Work. By bringing together different areas of knowledge, the theoretical-methodological aspects that guide the mentioned areas of expertise were preserved. The objective, in this article, is to problematize the home office abruptly incorporated into the life of the working class and to provide assumptions for the debate about the home office in the cyclical capitalist crisis, which is exacerbated by the pandemic. As a result, the loss of workers' rights emerged, as the practice invades the private world and the possibility that these ruptures brought with them alternatives with an emancipatory sense, which did not exist before. |
