| Sumario: | This article aimed to carry out a theoretical essay about the different perspectives on the proposals for modifying Brazilian social security given by the proposed constitutional amendment 6/2019, promulgated as constitutional amendment 103/2019. For this, a survey of the main works was carried out using the Google Scholar platform. The respective works were selected based on their relevance and number of citations, as well as studied in order to identify the theoretical discussion elaborated by the author and his point of view. After studies of the different researches, this article was designed with the objective of demonstrating the main characteristics of Brazilian social security, the prominent factors in relation to successive social security deficits, the authors' perspectives on the changes brought about by the constitutional amendment proposal 6 / 2019, as well as the comparative table of amendment given after the enactment of constitutional amendment 103/2019. As a conclusion, it was found that authors had different perspectives in relation to the changes, because while some reported that it is a subtle change, others highlighted relevant points such as the lack of dialogue with society and political corruption. |
