| Resumo: | The incorporation of the Transexualizador Process (PrTr) in the procedures performed by the Unified Health System/SUS expands the reception network for the transsexual population in public health services, based on universal access and integral care. This article aims to analyze the production of PrTr care in health services in Recife / Pernambuco, which serve the trans population. The qualitative approach of the research made it possible to understand the daily production of care, from the perspective of comprehensiveness and of the interviewed users. The integrality in services for the transsexual population is a process under construction that challenges the biomedical logic of care production. Embracement, qualified listening, dignified/respectful treatment are essential to guarantee integrality care in these services, however it is still necessary to expand the number of professionals and specialized services in the capital and interior of the State and invest in highly complex procedures. |
