For this to be possible, it is necessary to recognize in this scenario a subtle identity crisis and how that also promotes and disseminates the perspective for new pedagogical and methodological practices through the curriculum provided by the Common National Curriculum Base. Therefore, to develop this analysis we based on the guiding documents, legislation and authors who comment on the proposed theme. The method used in this study was bibliographic and from all the synthesis made, we consider a new look of the Physical Education teacher necessary, in view of this new scenario that presents itself, with a view to new work proposals and interventions that meet the needs of youth 21st century.El propósito de este breve ensayo es promover un análisis y una reflexión sobre la Educación Física en el contexto en el que se diseña el nuevo bachillerato. Para que esto sea posible, es necesario reconocer en este escenario una crisis de identidad que se presenta sutilmente, pero que también promueve y difunde la perspectiva de nuevas prácticas pedagógicas y metodológicas a través del currículo provisto desde la Base Curricular Común Nacional. Por tanto, para desarrollar este análisis, nos basamos en los documentos rectores, la legislación y los autores que comentan el tema propuesto. El método utilizado en este estudio fue bibliográfico y de toda la síntesis realizada, consideramos necesaria una nueva mirada del docente de Educación Física, ante este nuevo escenario que se presenta, con miras a nuevas propuestas de trabajo e intervenciones que cumplan con las deseos de la juventud del siglo XXI.O objetivo desse breve ensaio é promover uma análise e reflexão acerca da Educação Física no contexto que se desenha o novo ensino médio. Para que isso seja possível, é necessário reconhecer nesse cenário uma crise de identidade que se apresenta sutilmente, mas, que também promove e dissemina a perspectiva para novas práticas pedagógicas e metodológicas por meio do currículo previsto a partir da Base Nacional Comum Curricular. Sendo assim, no prisma de desenvolvermos essa análise nos baseamos nos documentos norteadores, na legislação e em autores que tecem comentários acerca do tema proposto.
