Descripción
Sumario:The text analyzes the perspective of Secondary Education from the State Department of Education of Goiás – SEDUC/GO, expressed in the Curriculum Document for Goiás – Secondary Education (DCGO-EM). Its main objective is to understand the meaning of organization of pedagogical work that is designed for high schools in Goiás. Between the years 2019 and 2021, SEDUC/GO prepares new guidelines for basic education, with a special focus on the restructuring of Secondary Education, which is now organized in accordance with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). This article, produced from bibliographical research and the Content Analysis of the Curricular Document for Goiás, seeks to present how the “New” Secondary Education counter-reform is assimilated and what is the meaning of training that is projected in the text and in the context of Goiás. The analytical path of the document under investigation has the categories work, work-education, revolution/restoration as fundamental mediations of the dialogue. The research highlights a High School project biased by the interests of large economic-business groups, by breaking the principle of basic general training, by privileging curricular components, by restricting the possibilities of choices and dialogue, by the uncritical affirmation of management ideology of managerial quality.
