From that, we try to show how some moral foundations may have played a significant role in some representative judicial adjudications drown from Brazilian Supreme Court. Este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir, dentro do escopo teórico oferecido pelo Realismo Jurídico, quais são as implicações de algumas pesquisas contemporâneas em Psicologia, notadamente a Teoria das Fundações Morais, para o Direito. Para tanto, será feito um levantamento bibliográfico com o intuito descritivo, tanto para situar a perspectiva do realismo jurídico adotado, quanto para apresentar a Teoria das Fundações Morais.
