| Sumario: | This paper aims to think upon the legal implications of some contemporary studies in the field of Psychology, namely the Moral Foundations Theory, from the Legal Realism standpoint. Through bibliography review, we put forward a descriptive account of the realist perspective, as well as an introduction to the Moral Foundation Theory. From that, we try to show how some moral foundations may have played a significant role in some representative judicial adjudications drown from Brazilian Supreme Court. |
