Descrição
Resumo:Discussions about the agendas of LGBTQIAP+ people and their rights had a great advance in the early 90s, but when directed to the topic of employability of trans people, the subject still has little academic material. Therefore, this article is an exploratory research to first conceptualize the strands that make up the trans nomenclature, as well as inclusive projects regarding the insertion of this public. However, scientific articles published between the years 2015 to 2021 were also used, in order to identify the factors that lead to the exclusion of these people from the labor market. The results show that some companies are already starting to implement inclusion policies, but still far from breaking down the main barrier that this public faces: prejudice. It is concluded that many barriers still need to be broken down for the consolidation of trans people in the job market.
