Sumario:Within the last 25 years the monetary and financial system of Mexico has suffered deep transformations and three severe devaluations (1976, 1982 and 1994-1995), this deserves to be evaluated, even in a stretch synthesis looking forward to its location as a part of the general economical crisis the contemporaneous capitalism, is suffering, both in the national and international order; also, its forms of financial expansion include as a condition for its permanence, an approach that intends to turn the economical freedom into the fundamental social value. From there, the strongly concentrating and centralist character of the financial capital.
