Resumo:This work arises from the need to achieve innovation and the positioning of tourist destinations, in the conception in a world in which everything is intelligent because the tourist experience no longer depends solely on experts, but admits the participation of a free tourist and trained in the digital world; for this reason, this work by the author Javier Blanco, focuses on tourist destinations as factors, strategies and trends that should influence to position a tourist destination and the management models that must now be adapted in this 21st century as a new form of "hyper-connected society ", where tourist destinations must generate and transform the travel experience. That is why now governments, administrations, companies, suppliers and providers of tourism services, must know and face the current moment of rapid changes in the chain and in the concept of value produced in the world tourism sector; to a digital tourism sector in open governance in based in collaboration network.
