Description
Summary:This research focuses on the analysis of the growth that has taken the market for credit cards, and increasing defaults on consumer loans small bench Ecuador 2008-2012. In this context, it is determined, analyzes and projects the trend of the segment of small banks due to lack of compliance in the cancellation of loans through credit cards. Likewise, the importance of using credit cards is analyzed as consumer finance mechanism. It can be concluded that there is a growing demand for the issuance of credit cards during this period, although not large by industry, similarly slow growth of delinquency rate was evident in some of the banks, so it is important to highlight the importance and benefits of using credit cards, which is essential because it allows an analysis of the financial capabilities of each client, in the same way we can determine the delinquency rate of financial institutions.
