Sumario:It aims to synthetically recreate the historical process of dispossession and the spoliation of land in the field and show that in its origins and causes has always been in dispute over land ownership, where the mediation of the state, expressed in a lavish farm legislation, has been a resounding failure, contrary to the rural population. Likewise, attempts to show that such legislation has sought the transformationalignment of political forces in the theater of conflict over land, to be located next to the recurring interests and viewpoints of the most powerful. Thus, the accumulation process in rural areas is not yet over, and each time is of novel conditions, affluent global capitalist development of the country.
