| Resumo: | This article aims to describe the contributions of Christian spirituality to managing people in organizations. Bibliographic sources are virtual libraries, in addition to academic Google. The Christian Principle of Subsidiarity of the Church's Social Doctrine is the research approach's base, whose primary business activity principle is man and not profit.
