Resumo:Drawing on the epistemological bases of the black feminist thought, this essay emais to bring into focus the resistance of black women to oppressions. It addresses the following question: How have critical class consciousness, gender identity, ethno-racial belonging characterized the resistance of black women against the intersectional oppression of gender, race and class in the context of class struggle? The methodology used was review of literature. The essay presents the intersectionality, resistance and liberation that make up black feminism and contribute to understanding the oppression condition experienced by black women, their struggle against this oppression and its consequent liberation from it. The essay contains: introduction; basic notions of historical-critical materialism in the context of resistance to oppression; feminisms, oppression and resistance; intersectionality of the oppression of genders, races and class; and final remarks.
