| Sumario: | In water use and management, the economic and cultural issues are decisive: they define the behavior of stakeholders against the precious good. In places where the precipitation are intense, as the area of Cubatão city, São Paulo State, Brazil, the scene isn’t different: there’s lots of the good, atracting industrial activity, but this economic activity shows itself unable to deal with this good in sustainable way. This work shows some aspects of this hard conjugation. |
