| Sumario: | The transformations in the world of work, as well as the fall of paradigms, have affected the Brazilian trade unionism to such an extent that the union leaders are still in a state of perplexity, unable to keep up with the changes that the workers are going through. This crisis has been reflected in the communication policies that the trade union entities develop, especially when one understands the trade union communication as a dialectical process of transmission of culture, of a dialogical character. It is observed that this communication is failing, from the moment it forgets the dialogical and horizontal proposal and establishes a one-way street with its public. |
