| Resumo: | With football boosted even more as a business in the 21st century, and as a result of the process of construction of multiuse arenas, the football game event underwent a re-dimensioning. A place that builds identities and produces a sense of belonging, stadiums are currently configured as a crucial element to meet the new economic demands to which this sport is submitted. Thus, this article aims to investigate Corinthians' strategies for engaging the “Fiel Torcida” in Matchday at Neo Química Arena, questioning how accessible the consumption of the new devices would be. Methodologically, the study is based on bibliographical and documentary research. It could be concluded that Corinthians creates an atmosphere that encourages the engagement of its fans, as well as producing new meanings for the stadium based on the new experiences offered to the fans. However, the consumption of these new facilities is unfeasible for most Corinthians fans. |
