| Sumario: | This is a qualitative study, identifying the outlook for the nursing team that works in the ICU of a university hospital in the interior of the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. It examines life and work in this sector, the relationship between members of the nursing team and between the nursing team and patients, as well as to examine the possible existence of agents of stress for this team. The data was analyzed using theme analysis. The ICU was considered a wearing and stressful environment, in which humanization is, without any doubt, an essential element to be developed. |
