| Sumario: | Introduction: Pregnancy is a period in the life of the woman should be evaluated with special attention to configure several physical changes, hormonal, psychological and social inclusion, which can directly reflect on their mental health. To be classified as high risk, these women are prone to expansion of feelings such as fear, anxiety and suffering. Therefore, the need arises to answer the following question guiding research: The high-risk pregnant women in Alagoas have high levels of anxiety trace and / or state risk for depression and suicidal ideation? Goal:Assess the levels of anxiety trait and state risk for depression and suicidal ideation in high-risk pregnant women in Alagoas. Method: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted with a sample of 247 high-risk pregnant women in four and a unique reference clinics for high-risk pregnancies in the State of Alagoas: University Professor Alberto Antunes Hospital - HUPAA, Maceió - AL; Maternity Hospital Santa Monica - MESM, Maceió - AL; Space Sunrise, Arapiraca - AL; and Home Health Care of Women - CASM, Santana do Ipanema - AL. four data collection instruments were used:Form of identification, Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Depression Scale (CES-D) and Suicidal Ideation Scale (BECK).Descriptive Analysis by absolute and relative frequency, bivariate analysis using the chi-square Kolmogov Smirnov, Mann-Whitney and Pearson's correlation. For data analysis, it was considered confidence interval 95%, p <0.05. Research approved by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Alagoas, with opinion number 2970601. Results: ANDm from the level of state and trait anxiety was obtained State Anxiety classified as high (from 24 to 9.7%), moderate (132 to 53.4%) and low (91 to 36.8%) and Trait Anxiety classified to high (from 19 to 7.7%), moderate (147 to 59.5%) and low (81 to 32.8%). 155 were identified (62.8%) women at risk for depression and 6 (2.4%) have suicidal ideation. The higher the risk for depression, the greater the risk of having anxiety trait / state moderate and high. There is no correlation between depression and attempted suicide. The main risk factors found in this study are low education, low family income and not planning pregnancy. Conclusion: The study found that high-risk pregnant women have anxiety trait and state moderate to high risk for depression. It was observed that there is no relationship between depression and attempted suicide in high-risk pregnancies. It was identified that the lower the educational level, the greater the risk for anxiety trait, the lower the family income the risk of having anxiety trait / state moderate and high. And when the pregnancy is unplanned, there is greater risk of having anxiety moderate and high trace. |
