Analyzing and understanding how good care together with communication is a fundamental tool for the effective development of the institution. Inquiries were made to the employees at the UFPB-Campus IV-Rio Tinto-PB, for the production of content analysis. The results of this research indicate that an efficient attendance directly and indirectly influences the abilities of the Secretary, effectively fulfilling the objective of offering conclusions about the analysis of the effects of the skills of the Secretariat professional as facilitating agent in the service to the public. It is possible to define the harmonization of both in the research, considering that a large part of the respondents presents a broad view on certain situations, as well as the quality of the care provided by the Secretary, and full commitment to the public.
