| Resumo: | This article aims to investigate the activities that Secretariat professionals are developing as entrepreneurs. Specifically, we sought to: analyze the profile of the professional Executive Secretary who acts as an entrepreneur; and identify what types 2 of entrepreneurship Secretariat professionals are doing. The theoretical framework used to support this research was supported by authors such as: Custódio (2011), Dornelas (2015), Baggio and Baggio (2014), Neiva and D'Elia (2009), among others. The methodology used in this research was classified as bibliographic and exploratory, of qualitative nature. To perform the data collection, a questionnaire containing 13 (thirteen) questions was used. This was applied with five graduated professionals working in the area of Entrepreneurship. The answers to the questionnaire were interpretatively analyzed, and with this, the results showed that most of the interviewees work in the Events and Ceremonial areas; It is believed, that these areas can be configured as the most promising for the performance of Secretariat professionals who wish to be entrepreneurs. It can also be concluded that, in view of the various areas of expertise possible for the Secretariat professional, Entrepreneurship has been gaining ground and standing out. And this professional, as an entrepreneur, is a visionary individual who sees opportunity as the needs of innovation demand the job market. |
