| Sumario: | The present study aimed at understanding how the journalistic practices are being rearranged in view of the use of the technological device Whatsapp in the productive routines in television journalism. I assume that journalists should be aware of changes occurring in the communication from the media convergence, so it is necessary to prepare the newsrooms to acquire digital skills to the labor market. Based on these reflections, we seek to answer the following question: how WhatsApp affects the productive routines in television journalism?
