From the summarization of the studies undertaken on the subject, its purpose is to verify how the concepts and classifications coined by the doctrine over the years remain appropriate with the current understanding of the process especially when faced with the guiding principles inserted in the legal system by the Law 13.105 of 16 March 2015.
