Sumario:A diet for be balanced should contemplate an appropriate intake of macronutrients and micronutrients, to meet the energetic demands duringtheexercise. Thus, the aimofthis research wasto investigate the profile of the intake of macronutrients and micronutrients in to muscular activity apprentices. The sample consisted of 20 to muscular activity apprentices, including 11 men with a median age of 33 years and 9 women with a median value of 29 years. To assess the intake of macronutrients and micronutrients, dietary survey three days was utilized. With the collected data, it was found that both men and women, showed a profile of hyperproteic diet, hyperlipidic and hypoglymic. Observing the micronutrients in the masculine gender of sample were with values below recommended vitamins for (B2e B3), calcium, magnesium and potassium and above the recommendations for sodium, already for the female gender did not present suitable value for the micronutrients evaluated.
