description This paper investigates the poetry of Alejandra Pizarnik and Ana Cristina Cesar, seeking to capture ways in which poetic selves are displaced between the body and the poem. It discusses procedures employed by the authors that reinvent experiences of the subject, the world and the word, that think about the body-language relationship and tension it. It also poses the following questions: How does the treatment of words by these authors evoke the body of the poetic self? Based on these questions, we examine how the body is handled in various contexts of poetic works, whether through erasure, duplication, death, fragmentation or the experience of looking. Our hypothesis is that the poets strive to overcome the body in very unique ways, which mark the history of poetry. The theoretical-critical foundation draws on names from literature and philosophy such as Marcos Siscar, Annita Costa Malufe, Flora Sussekind, Cristina Piña and Carolina Depetris, Blanchot, Derrida and Barthes. For the methodology, bibliographical analysis was combined with the close reading method for the specific poems chosen

Discute procedimentos empregados pelas autoras que reinventam experiências do sujeito, do mundo e da palavra, que pensam a relação corpo-linguagem e a tensionam. Também problematiza: Como o trato com a palavra, nessas autoras, evoca o corpo do eu poético? A partir de indagações como essa, examina-se como o corpo é manejado em diversos contextos das obras poéticas, seja por meio do apagamento, da duplicação, da morte, da fragmentação, seja por meio da experiência do olhar. Nossa hipótese é a de que as poetas se empenham em uma ultrapassagem do corpo, de formas bastante singulares, e que marcam a história da poesia. A fundamentação teórico-crítica se vale de nomes da Literatura e da Filosofia como Marcos Siscar, Annita Costa Malufe, Flora Sussekind, Cristina Piña e Carolina Depetris, Blanchot, Derrida e Barthes.
