| Sumario: | The presente reseach is to find out which tecnological tool are used by the executive secretary ism his profesional performance. Specifically, it seks to discuss the imporance of mastering tecnological tool in the wook of the secretarial professional; investigate the dissiculties face due to technological development, and influence the professional performance and identify how the use of tecnological tools can enhace the performance of the professional of the Executive Secretary. To this end, the use of information technology in organizations, tools of information technology for the secretarial professional and their profile was addressed. Regarding the characterization of this research, the quantitative approach, applied nature is adopted and it is also considered as a case study, considering that there were graduates from the Executive 2 Secretariat course working in the Vale do Mamanguape, PB. The investigation was carried out by means of an on-line questionnaire composed of 16 questions made available via Google Forms, as means of collection, WhatsApp and e-mail, were adopted, the collection was carried out between the months of October and November 2020. The results revealed that the computer, the smartphone, the internet and software are the main technological tools used by the professional of the Executive Secretariat. Therefore, currently, these tools are indispensable for the performance of secretarial activities in the desktop. |
