Sumario:The tourism sector is one of the fastest growing worldwide, and can be defined as the set of activities in search for leisure, that before any type of travel to somewhere that is not necessarily their place of origin. Appears in this context Gargalheiras the Inn, it will provide tourist accommodation and the restaurant. In this perspective the present work shows the direct relationship that tourism has with environmental education through sustainable actions, revealed by questionnaires with employees of the enterprise located in Acari / RN, emphasizing questions about tourism planning, importance of planning, hospitality and gastronomy in tourism, environmental education and green marketing in tourism, highlighting the boundaries of what is a hostel, the forms of service delivery and its direct relationship with environmental education and tourism. The survey results, show that since the Inn Gargalheiras has applied in environmental education part of their activities, and appreciate the use of more sustainable activities as a measure to attract tourists.
