| Resumo: | This article aims to evaluate the impact of successful actions in reducing academic failure and/or school dropout and addressing issues related to science education. By analyzing the perspectives of program graduates regarding the performance of the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching Scholarships (PIBID), it is also expected to provide guiding subsidies for training. Throughout the study, the corpus was built from data collection specifically for this work, which was done through a form based on both the program's objectives and the expected characteristics of Successful Educational Actions (AEE). Textual Discursive Analysis techniques were used for the analysis, resulting in eight categories: Groupings or interaction among students, Promotion of social cohesion, Successful solutions to socio-educational problems, Involvement of family or external community in the actions, Results and objectives, Application of activities in another context, Conception of AEE, and Development of AEE. Based on the parameters established for successful action in the program, grounded in theory and the data obtained, it was possible to identify the development of AEE within the scope of PIBID. |
