| Resumo: | The paper discusses the relationship between journalism and comics from the perspective of journalism in comics. It starts, mainly, from the assumptions pointed out by Lima (2009) and Beltrão (1960) about the differences between conventional journalism and literary journalism, in order to identify how comics journalism approaches or distances itself from these aspects. Therefore, we also sought to understand the insertion of comics in newspapers, their relationship with news and journalism procedures, and the rise of the graphic novel as a possibility for journalistic narratives. |
