| Summary: | Objective: to analyze the scientific production on the contributions that the creation of podcasts can bring to the teaching/learning process in health education. Method: this is an Integrative Literature Review. The systematic search was carried out in the EMBASE, BVS and MEDLINE databases. The descriptors Podcast (WebCast); Teaching (Teaching); Learning (Learning), which were crisscrossed by the Boolean operator AND. Results: after carrying out the selection process in six methodological steps, the sample consisted of four articles. Among the main results, we highlight the practicality of using this type of tool, in addition to the direct benefits for the construction of knowledge, in addition to being a technology that has grown and been well accepted by the population and students, considering the easy access and playback at any time, plus pause and replay options. Final considerations: the use of complementary teaching methodologies may be a necessary resource for adequate development of the professional training process. In addition, the importance of investment for the creation and use of this methodology is highlighted, especially in the reality of public health education. |
