Web 2.0 is the resource that must be implemented since it gives us new styles of developing knowledge and establishes educational challenges, with the advancement of technology and the evolution of the Web, where Teachers and Students must interact, record and permanently. This article describes the experience carried out with university students, based on online group work, of the use of web 2.0 tools. The objective is to evaluate web 2.0 tools as a didactic strategy in three Universities of the City of Portoviejo-Manabí. Ecuador. The methodology was framed in a qualitative study, an online survey was applied to 643 Students and 277 Teachers consisting of 12 variables, applying the descriptive statistical analysis, they allow us to verify that in the universities of study they have as a higher priority the use of Blogger and Google Docs, with Google Drive, Twitter, Wikipedia tools as less priority. It is concluded that the use of these tools allowed them to discover a new way of working and learning.

La Web 2.0, es el recurso que debe de ser implementado ya que nos da nuevos estilos de desarrollar el conocimiento y establece desafíos educativos, con el avance de la tecnología y la evolución de la Web, donde los Docentes y Estudiantes deben de interactuar conste y permanentemente. Este artículo que describe experiencia realizada con estudiantes universitarios, basada en el trabajo en grupo online, del uso de herramientas web 2.0 El objetivo es evaluar las herramientas web 2.0 como estrategia didáctica en tres Universidades de la Ciudad de Portoviejo-Manabí. Ecuador. La metodología se enmarcó en un estudio cualitativo, se aplicó una encuesta en línea a 643 Estudiantes y 277 Docentes que consta de 12 variables, aplicando el análisis estadístico descriptivo, nos permiten verificar que en las universidades de estudio tienen como mayor prioridad el uso de Blogger y Google Docs, teniendo como menos prioridad las herramientas del Google Drive, Twiter, Wikipedia. Se concluye que la utilización de estas herramientas les permitió descubrir una nueva forma de trabajar y aprender.Um dos desafios da educação atual deve ser reformar o espaço educacional e adaptá-lo às vertiginosas mudanças da informação, o ensino superior é um dos setores mais influenciados pelo desenvolvimento das redes de comunicação tecnológica que se tornaram uma ferramenta que permite a aprendizagem colaborativa e envolve espaços de troca de informações que estimulam a cooperação e a interação. A Web 2.0 é o recurso que deve ser implementado, pois nos dá novos estilos de desenvolvimento do conhecimento e estabelece desafios educacionais, com o avanço da tecnologia e a evolução da Web, onde Professores e Alunos devem interagir, registrar e permanentemente. Este artigo descreve a experiência com estudantes universitários, com base em trabalho de grupo online, do uso de ferramentas da web 2.0. O objetivo é avaliar as ferramentas da web 2.0 como estratégia didática em três universidades da cidade de Portoviejo-Manabí. Equador. A metodologia foi enquadrada num estudo qualitativo, foi aplicado um inquérito online a 643 Alunos e 277 Professores constituído por 12 variáveis, aplicando a análise estatística descritiva, permitem-nos verificar que nas universidades de estudo têm como maior prioridade a utilização do Blogger e do Google Docs, com as ferramentas Google Drive, Twitter e Wikipedia como menos prioritárias.
