Descripción
Sumario:The purpose of this essay is to analyze the evolution of the Decision Making theory according to the complexity considering aspects of the administrative practice limitations in a rural property. It was verified a progress on the Decision Making theory, increasingly, other variables are recognized as influential in the process. However, the recognition that men have a limited rationality, information is asymmetric and feelings interfere on decisions requires a rethink on how to manage enterprises in a complex reality. It comes out in this discussion the importance of a systemic vision in managing rural family because of their involvement in the process and the role of intuition, whereas the rational limitation does not permit a full processing of all elements that affect the rural property.
