Descripción
Sumario:The present study analyzes social-environmental geoindicatorsto evaluate the biophysical phenomena and thecontributing anthrop factors of vulnerability of the systems ofthe dunes of Sergipe. Field Checklists were the methodologyused for the determination of the current state of dunes inspecific sectors of the coast, which had been applied to theNorth and South of the state. The integrated analysis of thebiophysical and anthrop conditioning factors detached the highanthropogenic degradation as the main responsibility for thelevel of vulnerability found in the Southern Coast and alreadyin part of North. The elements of the coastal dynamics, theexample of the intensity of an aeolian circulation in associationwith the accretion/erosion processes into dunes, are the onesthat determine the vulnerability index.
