| Sumario: | The increasing necessity of the industrialization of grout has been contributing for its almost stopped production in workmanship. Nevertheless, can still be observed a large number of pathologies, even if dealing with an industrialized product. In recent years the claim of grout disaggregation (chalking) has been growing among the manufacturers of mortar, deserving our special attention. This work presents study carried through in four samples of grout that differ between itself by how much the pigmentation and/or amount from hidro-repell additive is used in each one. These samples had been developed with the objective to analyze the influence that these substances exert in the grout disaggregation pathology, popularly known as grout chalking. Finally, comparative analysis of the results found in the laboratory tests, visual comments and empirical tests are presented. The results show the influence in the compression strength in pigmented samples and propensity to the disaggregation of grout in samples with excess of hidro-repell additive. |
