Resumo:This research objectives to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the Integrated Management System adopted by the Federal University of Vale do São Francisco (Univasf). The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) supported the study. The target audience of the investigation was the institution employees. The investigation was predominantly quantitative, using an electronic questionnaire of the Survey type, with 23 closed questions, of which 166 responses were considered valid. As main results, it is worth highlighting that only one of the Univasf SIG subsystems, the Integrated Asset, Administration and Contracts System (SiPAC), has sufficient evidence of significance with the determining factors of the UTAUT theory, with frequent use of the system being influenced by only one of the four determining factors: “effort expectancy.”. Regarding the results for the moderators, only the moderators adapted and proposed by this research – “career” and “education” – presented significant results with the determining factor – “effort expectation.”. Furthermore, the study showed evidence of a user profile less likely to frequently use the Integrated Management System (IMS) in the institution, which is composed of the teaching category server and specifically for the use of the Integrated Human Resources Management System (SIGRH) subsystem, with a male moderator standing out. As a result, for the majority profile regarding the research sample, there are servers over 35 years old, postgraduates with experience of at least two years of using the systems, and who have a frequency of use of both SiPAC and SIGRH, at least once a month.
