PREDATION OF Geophis semidoliatus (SQUAMATA: COLUBRIDAE) BY Leptodeira septentrionalis (SQUAMATA: COLUBRIDAE)
We present the first case of predation of a coral earth snake Geophis semidoliatus by a cat-eyed snake Leptodeira septentrionalis in the municipality of Atoyac, Veracruz, Mexico. Furthermore, we briefly discuss the implications of this predator-prey interaction.
