Summary:In recent years, there has emerged a new term in the field of organizational psychology and in positive psychology: the engagement, whose field of study focuses on the positive and optimal aspects of professional and academic development. In this context, the objective of this work is to present a theoretical proposal for intervention to promote engagement in university students, using as a basis the field theory of Kurt Lewin.
