Descripción
Sumario:This research aims to monitor the change in spatial distribution patterns of urban land use that has occurred in the inter-municipal pressure zone of Chihuahua in the period 1995 to 2015. FRAGSTATS software was used to calculate the analysis metrics of the landscape ecology. Results indicate that the growth of the land destined for housing occurring in the study period is in line with the dispersed city model, characterized by low building density and the preponderance of private road transport.
