This paper is the result of a research project carried out with small business entrepreneurs in the manufacturing industry in the city of Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico, and aims to better understand the business management styles of those interviewed. The study is qualitative and the technique used was a semi-structured interview based on a custom questionnaire guide.
