| Resumo: | Technology is increasingly perfected with compact and cheap device that replace currente equipamente in different áreas, the low-cost sensors present since 2013 a viable alternative as a sustitute for current technologies in aire quality monitoring. In the current framework of its use, these device are available in the market and with a wide variety of operating principles, so the standardization and calibration of their application is still under development. The selection variables will depend on the cariable of interest and it becomes easy to adapt to what is commercially available. The operation, principles of operation, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this technology are presented in the development of the article. |
