Description
Summary:The administration of public health constitutes one of the problems of marked importance in the course of social history, for which the present study is built from a socio-historical approach, touching on one of the problems still insufficiently treated that the community is going through. Cuban official historiography, a topic for others that implicitly contains a multidisciplinary approach. This research has as General Objective: To analyze the administration of public health in the local development of Republican Bayamo (1902-1928). To carry out the research we rely on the dialectical-materialist Methodology and the Methods: historical-logical, deductive-inductive and analysis-synthesis, to arrive at general considerations and establish the local particularities of the phenomenon. The developed research has high scientific novelty because it allows elucidating a depressed dimension of Cuban social history from a new methodological proposal.
