| Sumario: | This paper analyzes the process of transition of the political practices of the hñähñú women of the Valle del Mezquital (Hidalgo) towards the construction of a different citizen exercise whose principles are based on a community participation that moves from obligation to responsibility. The study also proposes a project the territory in a context of migration to the United States. The article consists of three sections. The first one shows the status of the issue, outlining the studies that have addressed the political participation of women in the community whiting in the region, to the second one analyses the experiences of women from the political condition, a concept that focuses on the forms of relationality that are built in the system of positions and outside it. Finally, we propose a different civic exercise that has materialized in the direction and management of projects for the care of the territory. |
