Resumo:The objective is to analyze the impact professional ethics in the practice of teachers from Benenerita and Centanario Normal School of the State of Sonora (Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal del Estado de Sonora - ByCENES) from the start of the shut down due to COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the adjustments that were implemented to work under a hybrid modality. A semi structured questionnaire was applied to teachers from ByCENES that worked with groups of undergraduate students majoring in different areas of study offered by this teacher training college. This research has a qualitative approach. To analyze and interpret data, Atlas Ti software was used. Thus concluding that trainers strengthened their professional ethics in their teaching practices during the hybrid modality.
