Resumo:In this article, a study is made aimed at Mexican Pymes being classified as family businesses. Intellectual Capital is considered as a fundamental tool for the daily activities of organizations. In this way, this document aims to investigate Intellectual Capital and its conformation and influence based on three essential dimensions, Human Capital, Structural Capital and finally Relational Capital within the State of Aguascalientes, México. The designed methodology allows us to visualize the pertinent dimensions according to the context and determine how this influence the development of innovative activities in family organizations. Having as a result that there are elements capable of influencing the strategies developed by each entrepreneur allowing their growth and development.
