| Summary: | This investigation has its origin, in the study, analysis of the act of the reforming body of the constitution, and the consequences that such action brings with it, this in the sense of the compliance of said organ with the formal limit explicitly indicated in the constitution, as well as unrestricted respect for human rights, particularly observing the principle of progressivity of these, since even when said reforming body does not have an explicit material limit in its chapter of reform, in the first chapter of the so-called rights of Human Rights and Their Guarantees, it is inferred that this body has the material limit of respecting, not diminishing and not suppressing the human rights already enshrined in this constitution. |
